Translation Industry News on your websiteBabelport.com has released Babelport News Feed Beta, a tool for users and visitors that allows to integrate babelport.com news into third-party websites easily. Up to 40 of the most recent news published on babelport.com can be included at once. Appearance, sizes, style, and length of the preview texts are customisable. See examples here. You may chose or combine news from the following categories
Integration is easy and requires only little or no programming skills. You can define the number of entries, indicate a character set (UTF-8 or ISO-8859-1), and specify color, font, and size. It is possible to include the News Feed into your content directly via server side scripting, or to view the news as frame or iframe. Babelport News Feed Beta will produce a full HTML 4.01 document or only valid html-code that includes the table structure and CSS without the unnecessary <head> and <body> tags. To customize babelport.com News Feed Beta for your website click here By default the news feed will adapt to width of the parent element in
your page and produce a complete html document for integration into frames.
It will show the headline, a preview of the text of not more than 512
characters, and a link to the article on babelport.com.
If you wish to include the news feed directly, it is required to have server-side scripting enabled. The following code works if you have php installed and produces a table element.
