The Mozilla Foundation yesterday released Version 1.0.5 of the open-source Stand-Alone WebBrowser Firefox and Release Candidate (RC) 1.7.9 of Mozilla Websuite. Both updates patch recently discovered security holes. Also, the new versions are said to run more stable than before.  Currently the updates are only available in English, with other languages to come out soon.

Since some demo-exploits for the patched problems are already available on the internet, it is recommended to update the software as soon as possible.
