Apple Inc., vendor of Macintosh Computers, released a security update for its operating systems Mac OS X 10.4.1 and Max OS X 10.3.9 , codenames Tiger and Panther. The security update 2005-006 fix 12 recently discovered holes in services such as PHP, AFP, Folder Permissions and other internal services, which allow the intrusion of code. A bug in the launchd service, which allows user to get administrator-level privileges, is also fixed.
