With the new versions of Mozilla's websuite and the e-mail client Thunderbird, Mozilla fixed bugs and security holes and was able to improve the stability of these programs. The new release of the webbrowser Firefox is still to come.

Details about the fixed security holes in Thunderbird 1.0.2 and Mozilla 1.7.6 can be found at Known Vulnerabilities or in the Changelog for Mozilla 1.7.6. The new Mozilla versions include, among others, measures against phishing attacks through internationalized domains.
