Today, SDL International announced a strategic relationship with Tridon. Whereas SDL International is the leading provider of Global Information Management (GIM), Tridion is a global leading provider of web content management software. The aim of this new relationship is "to enable corporations to more effectively combine modern web content management with efficient language delivery to drive business advantage on a global basis."

According to the press release, the combination of both solutions provides corporations with the ability to "author content once, translate once and re-use across all web requirements in marketing, sales and customer support in any language."
