The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA), an international non-profit association that promotes translation services, language technology and language management solutions, is hosting a regional networking event at Dave & Busters in Westminster, Colorado on Wednesday, February 28th, 2007, a press release informs.

This event is organized by two Colorado-based GALA member companies, ENLASO Corporation and Syntes Language Group, as an opportunity for representatives from industry companies in the Denver area to gather and network. Current members of the association will present an overview of GALA and the benefits of GALA membership. The evening will also include a buffet dinner and time for participants to introduce or re-acquaint themselves with other members of the localization business community. Anyone in the localization industry is welcome to take part in this event.

"Since its inception in 2002, over two hundred translation, internationalization, localization, and globalization firms worldwide have become members of GALA," states Yves Lang, ENLASO's Vice President, Sales and Marketing. "GALA has become one of the most sought after industry associations over the years and we are very proud to be an active member of this organization and to have had the opportunity to co-organize this industry networking event," he adds.

GALA encourages its member companies to facilitate regional events such as this one to promote the association's objective of fostering collaboration between industry companies worldwide. The association was founded in 2002 to give members a common forum to discuss issues, create innovative solutions and promote the industry.
