In a newsletter SDL informed us about an upcoming free webinar on Terminology Extraction presented by Angelika Zerfaß. About the presenter Angelika holds a degree in translation from the Department of Oriental Languages at the University of Bonn - Germany, in Chinese and Japanese Language and Computational Linguistics and she did her thesis on machine translation in China. In her career she has worked for the Japanese Embassy in Bonn in the Defence and Police Department as well as for TRADOS as a Support Specialist. For the last five years she has been working as a freelance consultant and trainer for translation tools and translation related processes.
