Advanced International Translations yesterday informed of the release of Version 5 of AnyCount. The word, line and character count software has long since become a standard tool for freelancing translators, who charge on a per line or per word basis.

Anycount 5 also features enhancements in the text count engine including show full path and skip numbers features, PDF export of count results, counting of comments in .DOC and .RTF documents, increased speed, self-sufficient word counts in PDF. Additionally, the new version provides native support for word counts in Chinese, Japanese and Korean documents.
