Earlier this week the Mozilla foundation released version 1.0.7 of the Firefox web browser. According to news reports, the updated version fixes bugs that are specific to the Linux-version of the software.

According to heise.de, a similar bug could verified for the Linux-version of Mozilla's mail-client Thundererbird. No updates for this package are available, yet.

Meanwhile, heise.de also reported that out-dated Korean-localized versions of Mozilla Suite 1.7.6 as well as Thunderbird 1.0.2, both for Linux systems, were infected by a virus. The infected versions had been available for download on Korean servers, but have recently been replaced.
